Hi, I’m John Hardy, a lifelong outdoorsman, fisherman, hunter, and cook. I created this website to share the knowledge I’ve gained over the years in the field, on the water, and in the kitchen. Along with our skilled Pro Staff, I hope to inspire and help others who share a love for the outdoors. I’ve worked as a charter boat captain, commercial fisherman, waterfowl guide, and turkey hunting guide across several states. I spend my time hunting, fishing, cooking, gardening, and exploring Louisiana and beyond. I deeply value the friendships, lessons, and traditions passed down by others who share this lifestyle.
